As part of this Project, we have looked to engage with key thinkers involved in the educational development of their country and asked them to develop a vision for the design and implementation of a 21st century education system. To learn more about this Visioning process please see International Vision Sessions. We decided to ask the participants in these Workshops to go one step further and elaborate a plan of action, a step by step process towards bringing this Vision to reality. Through this process we were able to develop a consensus on the actors involved and systemic changes needed to bring about much needed change.
